A fluidic system for fast photo-induced fabrication of macromolecule probe spot array on a rotational platform, processing of the probe array, and imaging analysis of the array is herein disclosed. In a preferred embodiment, the system incorporates the following elements: a rotational fluidic platform having a plurality of chamber structures on its surface to contain biological and chemical fluids; a modulated source of blue or UV light to activate photochemical reaction at specific probe spots within the chamber structures; a motorized liquid dispenser having a plurality of dispensing channels that deposit different biological and chemical liquids into the chamber structures; and a plurality of optical pickup units (OPUs) that image the processed platform to analyze array results.
